Acacia Davidson

Owner I Managing Partner

Acacia Davidson is an Arizona native with many ties to the local community. She graduated from Arizona State University in 2014 with bachelor’s degrees in psychology, family and human development, and business. After graduation Acacia knew she wanted to continue her education and began looking into naturopathic medicine. In 2020 she started the process of applying to naturopathic medical school and embarked on her studies at Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2021. Acacia has worked in venture capital, hospitality, and retail. Throughout college she worked for Nike as a brand ambassador where she assisted with marketing and expanding product knowledge. After retail, she moved into hospitality and was the general manager at Morning Squeeze. This is where she gained experience balancing employees, customers, and vendors. It was during her time at Canal Partners that she furthered her ties into the local community and amplified her reach. Acacia sat on the board of directors for Resilient Me which guides children aging out of foster care. Acacia currently sits on the host committee for the Stacy Fuson Foundation, a 100% volunteer nonprofit organization that offers financial support for people with disabilities. She has volunteered at local animal shelters and Phoenix Children’s Hospital. One of Acacia’s passions is planning parties and events and she can’t wait to use these skills at The Well Med Spa to bring the local community closer together. Acacia and Kory have plans to host community events, continuing education opportunities and holiday celebrations at The Well Med Spa. Along with Kory, she has started creating a non-profit organization, The Well Foundation. This foundation will focus on healing people with medical aesthetic issues in local, low income communities. The goal for The Well Foundation is to perform one million dollars of procedures each year, at n charge, leading to a more confident and healthy community.

Acacia Davidson

His diversified background and skill set allows him to lead in an ever-changing healthcare environment. He has an established reputation for both focusing on and achieving results. He is recognized as both an optimistic and persuasive person with uncompromising integrity.

Through his leadership vision, Kory has established various retail companies in multiple industries, including mobile telecom dealerships and specialized bakeries. The latter of which lead him to be featured on The Food Network. Kory’s latest vision has lead him to create The Well Med Spa which will soon be the new industry standard with a cutting edge professional education center. Anna Gecha

Certified Nurse Injector

Encouraging and helping others is Anna’s God given talent, she has spent 16 years in nursing specializing in the ER, ICU, and Flight. During this time she expanded into aesthetics to share her passion of health and beauty with others. She continues to love find in the natural beauty in others, believing ones inner and outer beauty should be nourished equally, aging gracefully should be embraced, and beauty should be enhanced. She put her dream in motion to become Certified Nurse Injector, specializing in her patients who desire Tox, Dermal Fillers, and skin care treatments. Her goal is to enhance your natural beauty, encourage you to explore your inner beauty and give you the look that you have been dreaming of.

Ashley Parrish

Anti-aging Specialist

Ashley is a born and raised Arizona native, where she originally began her career into nursing and to later discover her true calling for medical aesthetics. She attended IMAJ Institute for Medical Aesthetics here in Scottsdale where she acquired both her licenses for laser and aesthetics. Ashley’s passion has always been for others to feel better about themselves with a drive for youthful results that are natural looking. Medical grade skin care products are very important to her along with treating her own skin with various treatments. Her eye for aesthetics and experience in anti-aging makes her an important part of the team.

Nicole Barbaro PA-C

Physician Assistant

Nicole Barbaro, PA-C is a Physician Assistant with over 21 years of experience in the emergency department. Nicole is joining The Well Med Spa team as the medical weight loss, hormone therapy and longevity Medical Director. Nicole started as a client and felt at home with the caring environment, attention to detail, and focus on holistic health. Nicole looks forward to working with all of the existing and future patients at The Well Med Spa and assisting them in reaching their health and weight loss goals in 2025 and beyond. Nicole loves to share her knowledge and personal experience in healthy weight loss, longevity, and aesthetics. In her limited down time, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family, watching her daughter’s gymnastics competitions, tending to her garden and caring for her 28 chickens. 

Stacy Paul

Director of Client Acquisition and Retention

Stacy Paul is a rare combination of natural beauty, intelligence and true compassion. She is a successful model, actress, spokesperson, business owner and corporate executive. Stacy began her career as a model at the age of 14. Stacy’s modeling and acting highlights include Modern Family, Entourage, Iron Man 2, St. Pauli Girl, Playboy’s Miss February, Maxim, Cosmopolitan, Shape Magazine, and 4 magazine covers. For years Stacy has volunteered for many organizations including Wounded Warriors, Richard Karn Foundation, Toys for Tots, Phoenix Children’s Hospital and many others. Stacy currently serves on the board of the One Step Closer Foundation, a Cerebral Palsy charity. Stacy can also be seen playing in celebrity charity poker tournaments in various cities. Never one to be complacent and even with an already successful career, Stacy went back to school and earned a bachelors degree in business management and organizational leadership, from Asuza Pacific University. Stacy went on to work for Aclipsa, a startup technology company, and sits on the board of Equity Partners. Stacy also became a successful business owner, starting Vitamins by Stacy. In 2017, Stacy started her own foundation, The Stacy Fuson Foundation which is dedicated to helping disabled individuals. Every year she hosts a celebrity poker tournament which raises money for not only individuals who reach out to her foundation, but her local community through Ability360. Stacy and her husband David, welcomed their first child in October 2018 and twin girls in January of 2021.
