Appointment
You will miss out on crucial treatment time if you arrive late. Although we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment and impose a cancellation fee. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we will make every attempt to complete your full treatment within the remaining allotted time.
Cancellations or No-Shows
A 48-hour cancellation/no-show policy is in effect at The Well MedSpa to guarantee that clients may arrive for appointments on time and to respect the time of our clinicians. A $50 fee will be automatically charged to the credit card on file for any appointment that is missed or cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice.
A client will be expected to pay in full up front for any future services if they cancel or don’t show up for appointments three times in a row. If the no-show/cancellation policy is disregarded, the sum paid in advance is not refundable. The amount paid will be applied towards future services at The Well Med Spa if the appointment is changed within 48 hours of the appointed time.
We are considerate of our providers’ time because they are scheduled out weeks to months in advance and there is a long waiting list. We don’t have enough time to fill those voids due to last-minute cancellations. We are grateful that you comprehend our cancellation policy. In addition to valuing our team members’ time, this will enable the The Well Med Spa team to continue offering the finest quality service to you and other patients.

Refund
Refunds for any given services are not available from us. Although we try our best to produce the intended results, aesthetic outcomes might vary quite a bit from person to person. In order to get the results they want, clients are responsible for extra treatments.
Retail
Refunds on purchases are not available from us. Only the identical product may be swapped for defective goods within 14 days.
Gift Certificate purchases are non-refundable.
Children
